If you're a cool bride then you probably have some cool bridesmaids, right?
I've only been a bridesmaid once... for my sister, so it was kind of obligatory...
... You know what though? I'm secretly glad. The thought of being kitted out in some dreadful frock for the day, no matter how close we are, doesn't appeal... no matter how drunk I am. No offence pals, it's not so much your taste that worries me, more the lack tasteful options out there.
I picked my bridesmaid dresses from ASOS in a quest to find something a little less 'bridesmaidy'. Regretfully, I didn't give my girls much of a say and if they didn't like them, they were too kind to say... maybe that's why we are best mates?
I see a lot of brides turning to the high street these days for the same reason, to find something more up to date that is more likely to represent the person wearing it.
Rock The Frock is an Essex based bridal boutique who have recognised this and responded with their exciting, new #bestgals collection for the unsung heroes, the bridesmaids!... or 'non-bridesmaid' as they so aptly put it.
"A cool collection of modern separates comprising of a rainbow of muted pastel tulle skirts, in a range of lengths to be mixed and matched with an amazing selection of tops and playsuits in ivory. All specifically designed to be worn again with your everyday wardrobe!
After meeting many frustrated brides who simply couldn’t find something cool, unique and relaxed for their best girls, Rock The Frock and Velvet Johnstone decided to put things right within the wedding industry.
This collection was designed with the non-bridesmaid in mind; the type of girls who want to wear something modern and beautiful for the wedding, yet fashion-forward enough to be able to mix and match with jeans, sweaters and everything else on a daily basis. This collection solves the bridesmaid dress headache and gives your best gals an outfit they can wear again!
The #bestgals bridesmaid range is available exclusively at Rock The Frock Bridal Boutique in Essex.” Find out more here!
This collection gets all the feels from me. What do you think of this cool bridesmaid inspiration? Please share this post with any 'non bridesmaid' bridesmaids !
