I felt as though summer had well and truly landed I received this tropical styled shoot from sisters, Katie and Sophie Lake. Giant leaves, pastel pinks and golden pineapples... I am most certainly 'IN!'
Katie was inspired by a trip to The Princess of Wales Conservatory at Kew Gardens. The use of geometric details throughout is also a nod to her passion for architecture.
Metallic balloons by ooh balloons add an element of fun to the table tropical tablescape with their mini leaf details.
The shoot which took place at B Loved Hive was great for natural light. The trestle tables, chairs and cake bar were all from Anthology Vintage Hire and show you just how easy it is to style your urban wedding venue.
The collection of cakes undoubtedly brought the whole shoot together. Flowers were perfectly arranged and geometric objects were used as an alternative to cake stands.
Last but not least is the beautiful bride, Danielle. Looking effortlessly cool in simple, silk separates from Halo and Wren. This look is one for the understated bride who wants to feel comfortable on the day and lets the details speak for themselves. Elegant hair and natural makeup is always a winner in my book!
