Get to know your photographer!
Hey! I’m Caroline, and there are three things you need to know about me.
1. I’m a sucker for speeches, and I will probably cry.
2. I can fix broken bustles, place buttonholes and deal with drunk guests.
3. Dogs at weddings are one of my favourite things ever, and I will fall in love with them.
I’m here for folks who make their own traditions, who want to do everything their own way and laugh together every step of the way.
I’m into punk music and making up stupid games with my kids, and when I not working you’ll probably find me halfway up a mountain or knee-deep in my allotment. I also got kicked out of Brownies for swearing when I was 8, but in my defence, it was totally justified.
This is a collaboration between us. I take the time to get to know you, from how you met to the life you aspire to, the people who matter most to you. We can start off with a video call, and I arrange pre-shoot meetings with every couple I work with. This means that by your wedding day we know each other well enough for you to let your guard down, and get the best possible photos.
I love weddings and I always want my couples to have the best time. You’ve poured your heart and soul into this day with all your favourite people, and it’s my job to document that. As a proud people watcher (in the non-creepy sense) I love candid photos, so I spend most of the day ninja-ing myself into scenes and quietly nipping off again to find more juicy moments to photograph. But I get involved too, because I’ve learnt that this is what puts people at ease.
Fun couple portraits.
I know that couple portraits can sometimes be a bit cringe, so I like to make them as fun as I can. You’ll never find me micro-managing the way you stand or contorting you into unnatural positions, but you will find me with confetti cannons and smoke bombs, ready to bring you some colour and motion. And you’ll get back to your friends super quick because those shots aren’t going to drink themselves!
And if photos aren’t enough I also offer highlights films. These little films are a collection of the best moments of your day, cut to music and filled with joy.
