When we were looking for our own wedding venue back in 2016, we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for... a big country house where our closest friends and family could stay for the weekend, but with a modern twist. That's when the idea for Netherbyres was born.

At Netherbyres House our mission is to make sure your wedding is fun and stress-free. We’ll make sure you spend your day celebrating, not hung up on timelines and outdated traditions. You won’t have to share the space with anyone else either – it’s totally yours for an unforgettable weekend long house party.

You don’t have to compromise on space, just enjoy your whole wedding day in one location.

The House has a traditional Victorian exterior, but the inside is anything but conventional. We lovingly refurbished it with a bold and quirky vibe. And it doesn't stop with the dreamy interiors... outside we've got abundant gardens and Bojangles Bar (named after our favourite feline) where we serve up wedding reception drinks from on those balmy Scottish days.

Netherbyres House is in Eyemouth in the Scottish Borders, one hour from Edinburgh, less than two hours from Glasgow, and since we're on the East Coast railway line, we're just a four hour train from London.
